Yeah! Coach didn't get mad at me! (Refer to the previous blog if you have no idea what I'm talking about.) But I have to help out at both final meets tomorrow and Friday! :( NO!!!
Anyway, a few months ago, a band called "My American Heart" broke up. Why? Idk. It is said that their record label screwed them over, but it isn't for sure if that's the real reason why they broke up. But I do know that they did release four new demos that they recorded before they broke (yes, they were writing a new album before they broke up -_-). Those songs are called: Pain, Lost Inside of You, Unravel, and Circa. These were released for free download on Jesse Barrera's (ex-guitarist for MAH) official website.
Recently, Barrera found two more B-Sides that MAH recorded before they broke up. The first one is called "Shine Your Light". I really like this song. It's a shame that they had to break up while they were writing a record. It would have been nice to hear this song, along with other new songs, it one complete CD.
The other one is called "Heart Attack". I also like this song, but it's not as good as "Shine Your Light". But it would have still made a great addition to their new album that will never be.
You can check these songs at Jesse Barrera's Official Website. (And just to let you know, I don't listen to Jesse Barrera's solo stuff. :P)
