Revisiting Power Morphicon 2007

I still need to buy tickets to Power Morphicon 2010. I wanna go so bad! Last year was so awesome! (Even though I only went on Sunday.) I wanna go on Saturday and Sunday this year, but I don't know if I will be able to. I would LOVE to go on Friday, but my parents won't let me skip school for it.

And I got another 2010 MMPR Action Figure! It's been a while since I've gotten one. I only received the Red and Green Rangers for Christmas and since then, I've only gotten (as far as the 2010 MMPR toy line goes) the Dino Megazord, the Deluxe Dragon Dagger, the Mix & Morph Base, and a set of the Stylized Figures.

The figure I got today is the Black Ranger. I was also gonna get the Blue Ranger as well, but I didn't bring enough money. One is better then none, I suppose.

Gosieger Loves Headders

I know I said that I was going to upload my Power Rangers ANGRY PEACE Music Video, but when I began uploading it, the YouTube Uploader said it was going to take 20 HOURS to upload this 4 MINUTE VIDEO! (Okay, it's 4 minutes 40 seconds long. Same difference.) I will find a way to upload the video on YouTube somehow, but it might take a while.

So after my failed attempt to upload my OPV, I began to catch up on watching Tensou Sentai Goseiger. I have now watched up to Epic 6 and Goseiger is pretty cool. It's not the best Sentai season I've watched so far, but it's not a season that you just wanna stop watching after the first few episodes.

And I gotta say, Goseiger is getting redonkulous with these Headders things. I'm not saying I don't like them; I actually think they're pretty cool. It's another new and wierd idea that Sentai has thought up once again. After watching Epic 6, I thought I would upload this particular clip:



I don't know why, but I really enjoy this scene! It's cool that GoseiBlue lends Black, Yellow, and Pink the Headders for the Seaick Brothers to defeat the evil WarStar monster. I will be uploading the debut of the Skick Brothers and any other scenes from Goseiger that I find amusing.

Please don't hate on Headders. Sentai's just trying to be more creative. :)

On A Clear Day After Rain

I found out just yesterday that our guitarist isn't grounded anymore. I find this very suprising. I still don't exactly why he was grounded, but I guess it doesn't really matter now. After over a month of doing nothing productive, the band can finally have practice again.

Recently, I've been listening to Morning Musume Sakura Gumi, who disbanded years ago. I started listening to them after watching the graduation of Koharu Kusumi. When Morning Musume was a big group (with 16 members, I believe), their producer Tsunku split it up into two groups - Morning Musume Sakura Gumi and Morning Musume Otome Gumi. I haven't really listened to Otome Gumi, due to the fact that most of my favorite MM members were in Sakura Gumi.

So I watched Sakura Gumi's PVs and I happen to stumble across a rock version of their first single "Hare Ame Nochi Suki". The music to this is indeed fan-made, but it turned out so good! I love the mixing and speeding up the song was a great idea! Check it out:



I will also be having another video up on YouTube by tomorrow. It's number 6 in my VIDEOS IN THE WORKS list. I really hope all Power Rangers fans watch and enjoy it! Look forward to it!

Oh yah, I almost forgot to mention... I got a haircut... okay more like a trim. I only had two inches get cut off. :P

Science Expo

Two of my friends (one happens to be the drummer for our band) and yours truly went to the Science Expo at Petco Park (the home of the San Diego Padres). We went because 1) I need extra credit for my Physics class, and 2) I didn't feel like dying of extreme boredom today.

It was pretty cool; nothing real special. There was a bunch of booths and we had collect stamps to show to our science teacher in order to get extra credit. Here's another stupid video of us on the playground at Petco Park:



I also watched Shinkenger The Movie on YouTube! I love the fight scenes! My only problem with the movie was that it was too short and I felt like there was not enough back story for the main villain and the original ShinkenRed. The movie kinda just started without really saying a lot. I'm also still waiting for a subbed version of Shinkenger VS Go-onger.

Spring Cleaning

Ahh spring... that time of the year again. The birds are chirping, the bees are singing, love is in the air,...

and I'm doing labor.

Labor is so much fun! (That was sarcasm.)

Track practice started at 9 am today and since I'm still injured (yes, I'm still injured) a few of the other "cripples" and I had to clean out the big blue shed, which carries stuff for our school's sports teams. It was a mess. -_- And for a while, my cripple clan went to fill up these Gatorade canisters with ice, so they left me to do all of the dirty work. Thanks guys...

Then when my brother and I got home, we had to pull weeds (no, NOT WEED, weeds) in our frontyard of our house. That took about a not-so-good two hours, which really seemed like 12 hours. :(

Despite all of the crap I did today, I was still able to make another playlist for my YouTube Channel. It's called "Friends" and it contains videos of my friends and I doing anything that has to do with stupidity. It's pretty funny actually... XD These videos are not mine! Now I must type up an essay for English class. Yes, I have homework over the two week break. Hopefully this won't take two hours...

To end this blog on a not-so-positive note, my band's guitarist is grounded AGAIN, so we are not able to have band practice for a while. DAMNIT TOMO! >:[ I'm so f**king pissed at him!

Scavenger Hunt

FINALLY! Today was the last day of school! Unfortunately, we have a short two week break, but I guess something is better than nothing. :) When we come back from our short break, I will be finishing up my Junior year of high school! :D Wow, that went by fast...

Anyway, yesterday in my photography class, three of my friends and I had to do a photography scavenger hunt throughout the whole school. Our teacher gave us a list of things to take photos of those things with us in it (ex: Entire team doing a handstand)! We had a lot of fun! Here are some of the picture we took:

NOTE: We used the self timer on the Nikon D-40 Camera we were given so that our entire team can be in the photo. And yes, the one with the long hair is me, if you didn't know that already.

OMG! 10 MY ME!

HOLY SHIZOLA!!! That was EPIC! My ears are happy now!

I just listened to Morning Musume's 10th Album - 10 MY ME - and it is AMAZING! It's so freaking awesome and like WOW! I LOVE IT! Let's talk about each song, shall we?...

1. Moonlight night ～Tsukiyo no Ban da yo～: Wow, and I thought SONGS from PLATIMUN 9 was a wierd yet suprisingly epic song. Yes this song reminds me of SONGS and it's a very cool introduction to the album. The song starts off with an English-sounding lady in the beginning saying, "Electro-Convulsive Therapy Part One". I don't know what that means, but it was a suprise to hear that and I like it! The song is very catchy. It's kind of mysterious but fun to dance to.

2. Kimagure Princess: Morning Musume's 41st Single and probably the least successful out of the four singles that are on here. Although it's success doesn't speak for itself, I still enjoy the song, even if their voices are "chipmunked". I love the PV also so check it out!

3. Genki Pika Pika!: A very lovely song. It's fun to dance to and it's very touchy. It's another one of those songs in which you get this happy, mushy feeling in heart and you feel like acting like an idiot dancing to this song. XD It has a nice message to it, which I also apperciate a lot. I really enjoy this song!

4. Namidacchi: This song suprised me! I really like this song. The verses and the pre-choruses are very calm and nice to listen to. The chorus has more of a rock feel to it, which I enjoy a lot! And then there's a bridge, and there rapping again! YEAH! I love it when they rap! Even though I usually don't like rap, I enjoy Japanese rap! The ending of the song is calm again and it's final lyrics are, "C'mon ah" which I like!

5. Onna ga Medatte Naze Ikenai: Morning Musume's 42nd (and most recent) single. I do like this song better than "Kimagure Princess". It's a very catchy song that sounds like something from a video game. XD But it's so cool and I love the PV! PS Props to whoever the drummer of this song is! YOU HAVE MAD SKILLS YO! XD

6. Ookii Hitomi: This song is sumg by the Generation 6 Memebers - Kamei Eri, Michishige Sayumi, and Tanaka Reina. This is such a POWERFUL song! POWER is the first word that comes into my mind when I listen to this absolutely epic song. It's very rock and this really brings out the best vocal abilities that these three girls have. Well done ladies!

7. Ano Hi ni Modoritai: This song is sung by the Generation 5 Members - Takahashi Ai and Niigaki Risa, the leader and the sub-leader of the group respectively. It's a calming song, like a "sooth the savage beast" kind of track. I love the acoustic guitar and their voices are absolutely STUNNING! These two ladies have the best vocals in the group!

8. Nanchatte Renai: Morning Musume's 40th Single. I love this song! I love the rapping and especially the parts where that graduated Koharu Kusumi had solo lines. A very mature song and an awesome PV to go along with it!

9. Osaka Oshiinen: This song is sung by the Generation 8 Members - Mitsui Aika, Jun Jun, and Lin Lin and it's probably my least favorite song on the album. :( It's not that it's their singing (because their voices are FANTASTIC!), but the song itself. It's a fun and cute song, but let Gen. 8 sing a COOL, MATURE song for once Tsunku! DAMNIT! (NOTE: Tsunku is the song composer for Morning Musume.)

10. Loving you forever: A really mellow and heart-warming song. I really love the parts in the choruses when they sing "Loving you forever". It's touchy and it makes me smile. :D Whenever you feel down, listen to this song.

11. Shouganai Yume Oibito: Morning Musume's 39th Single and my favorite MM song of all time! This was one of the first songs that got me into Morning Musume and listening to it makes my ears EXCITED! Watch the PV!

12. Ame no Furanai Hoshi de wa Aisenai Darou? (Chinese Ver.): An epic and heart-warming way to end the album. I actually think I like this version better than the original "Ame no Furanai Hoshi de wa Aisenai Darou?" from PLATIMUN 9. I'm glad Jun Jun and Lin Lin finally got a lot of solo lines in this song! This song is kinda making up for "Osaka Oshiinen". I love that they added acoustic guitar in the song. The Pandas' voices are lovely!

So in other words, BUY THIS ALBUM! I guarantee you will all love it whether you are a Morning Musume fan or not! BUY 10 MY ME NOW!

Oh yah, and Happy St. Patrick's Day. :P

Now that I got that out of the way, Morning Musume's 10th Album "10 MY ME" will be released tomorrow! I'm so HAPPY! I am going to buy it on iTunes and it's gonna be AWESOME!

On another note, on March 11, my High School's Track & Field Team had a meet (which I went to but didn't run due to injuries -_-) and I took out another Nikon D-40 Camera to take awesome photos! Here are two of them:

To Be Or Not To Be?

I'll try not to make this blog as long as my last one. :P

The Second Weekend Of March

So here's how my weekend went...

The first fourth of my weekend was wasted. I woke up early yesterday to take the SATs. >:[ It lasted from 8am - 12:30pm and it sucked so BAD!

After that, I went home to do homework... :(

Pretty suckish weekend so far, huh?...

Then I posted yesterday's blog and I used this picture for the video:

Then I started to listen to a lot of different music in my iTunes Library, ranging from all my favorite bands such as Paramore, Breaking Benjamin, Meg & Dia, Rise Against, and Morning Musume. A lot of the stuff that I listened to yesterday is stuff that I haven't listen to in a long time and I decided that I wanted to listen to new stuff. I couldn't wait for "10 MY ME" to arrive (and I still can't), so I decided to look up HANGRY & ANGRY. This is my favorite song by them:

Ugh... YouTube is performing site maintenance at this time. I hate when this happens. Then they say, "Be cool - we'll be back 100% in a bit". How can I be cool with that?! -_- In other words, I'm now bored...

After over a month of not running due to injuries, I am now running again! Although I only ran one mile (which is nothing for us cross country/track runners), it felt good to run again. I felt like I could run more, but I don't wanna f*** up my injuries even more. I've been getting more lazy since I stopped running, so hopefully I will regain my standard laziness. XD

I also found out that I have a stalker who lives in TJ. 0_0 A friend of mine said her friend who lives in TJ likes my singing, and now she wants to know where I live... weird...

Labyrinth Of Memories

YAY! I have two new videos on YouTube!

The first one I uploaded yesterday. It's another tribute video to Power Rangers RPM and the song I used is called "Kioku no Meiro" by High King. "Kioku no Meiro" translates to "Labyrinth Of Memories" in English. I fell in love with the song after watching this performance:



As far as the tribute video goes, it features the episodes of when each Ranger makes his or her debut. Here it is:

These Pictures Are Gold!

So as you can see, I have bombarded my blog with some pictures I took of my friends. I don't know why, but these photos turned out pretty awesome (if I do say so myself :P)! I have also updated the sidebar info and pictures on the right side side of your computer screen.

Morning Musume's 10 MY ME Album will be released soon! I'm so excited! I will also have yet another Power Rangers RPM Music Video coming very soon!

Nikon D-40 Cameras are so awesome! I finally borrowed one today from my Photography Class and I took a bunch of pictures today!

Most of the pictures I took were of my friends at school and at Track Practice. The pictures turned out great! :D These pictures will be on my band's MySpace soon.

I also took some photos of my new Samurai Sentai Shinkenger Epic Figures! I will be making a video with those pictures, but I think I will post another video before that one.

Yes, It's March Already

Is it me, or did it seem like February went by super fast? Maybe it's because it's the shortest month of the year. Well anyway, it's now the third month of 2010 and I have new videos on the way.
