You Work Hard While We Eat Pizza

My brother and other fast athletes of the track and field team went to Escondido to compete at a meet. So that means, there was no organized after school track practice today! :D And instead of practicing, some friends and I went to Michealangelo's Pizza Kitchen to eat some pizza! :D

At first, Christian (drummer of our band) and I waited outside our 6th period class for four of our friends to walk up a HUGE hill across the street from our school and go to another friend's house to meet him, so we can get pizza. (Did you get all that? :P)

Anyway, so we arrived at the pizza place and one of the friends we met orignally said that his twin brother was coming to meet us. We all pitched in and ordered a EXTRA EXTRA LARGE PIZZA and a liter of soda (although I don't drink soda :P). The cashier said it was going to take an hour to make the huge pizza, so we walked over to the gas station nearby to get some drinks. We also met our friend's successful twin there. XD

After 30 minutes of being stupid in the gas station, we went back to the pizza place and sat down at the tables to talk and act more stupid. XD Then three more of our friends showed up, and that's when the party really started. XD JK

So let's see how many people was that?...

Me + Christian + First 4 friends + One friend + Friend's Twin + 3 More Friends = 11 STUPID GUYS! XD

So the 11 of us waited and our GINORMOUS pizza arrived! It was cut up into a bunch of small squares and their pizza is so FANTASTICALLY FANTASTIC!

After we totally killed the pizza, we went to the park across the street and attempted to do parcore. XD It was fun! And we slowly left one by one, with me being one of the last ones to leave.

And even as I type this blog now, my brother still hasn't raced. XD HA! Good luck bro. :D

When It's Time

Yesterday, I made a crunchyroll account to show my love for Morning Musume and their music. I accidentily came across this website one day and I thought it would be cool to finally have an online profile that consists of mainly Morning Musume. You can check it out by clicking here: http://www.crunchyroll.com/user/powerrangers5

I also checked out Green Day's Broadway Musical CD. I didn't buy it. I only previewed the songs on Amazon.com. I don't really like the dude's voice. Yah, he's a better singer than I am, but I don't like his voice. And I don't know why, but it sounds weird when a girl sings cuss words in a song. If I had extra money to spare, then yes, I would buy it, but I don't want to waste my money on a CD with songs that I already have that are sung by some other guys. I know they mixed up a few songs, they even combined some, which got me to almost buy them, but I have other things to spend my money on.

BUT, I did buy the bonus track on iTunes. It's called "When It's Time" and it's the Green Day version. I really like this song and it sounds much better from the preview that I heard of the Broadway Musical version.

Seishun Collection (Radio Preview)

A few days ago, news about the realease Morning Musume's upcoming 43rd single called "Seishun Collection" was revealed. The date of its release is set to be on June 9, 2010 (MY 17th BIRTHDAY :D)! Recently, there was a radio preview of the full song that was released on YouTube. Here's the song:

I love this song! It's like a mix between their 40th single - Nanchatte Renai - and the third track from their recent "10 MY ME" album - Genki Pika Pika! This song is definately different from their recent singles and hopefully it will sell more than their recent singles. I can't wait for the PV of this song!

As far as my videos on YouTube go, I've become really busy lately (with school, my band, track, etc...) so I haven't been able to make or post new videos. I will try my best to post one soon.

And if you haven't noticed already, I "pimped out" this blog yesterday. I was gonna make it all white, like my YouTube Channel, but I like black and red. :P

Olympus FE-4020

My parents got a new Olympus FE-4020 Camera. These things are pretty bad ass! I'm gonna start making videos with this camera from now on. I'm still gonna use the old Olympus camera I have to take pictures (and with a Nikon D-40 camera whenever I get chances to borrow one from my Photography class).

And from now on, I will be using this awesome new camera to film any "My Power Rangers/Super Sentai Collection" videos. And I'm also able to import the video from the new camera to Windows Movie Maker (the program I use to make my most of my videos), so that I can edit it and put music to go along with it, instead of just having silent collection videos.

So from now on, my collection videos will look something like this:

Also, a few days ago, Christian (fellow band-mate) and I posted an update video on our band's YouTube Channel concerning our band - Nightmare's Riot. Click HERE to find out what we have been up to.

Ocean Of Immaturity

I have to memorize this poem for English class by Wednesday:

"Like children, we had watched blindly
Watched blindly as all which we had called our lives
Seemed to crash upon us
Upon the ones who lost themselves within their own ocean of immaturity

One drove himself closer to his destruction
As the other allowed himself to be driven by that feeling of competition
Had I not been driven by that same selfishness
Driven by that sensation of excitement and danger

All thoughts began to swirl within my mind
Burdening me
Drowning me with each breath
As I swallowed my ocean of immaturity
Determined to return to that pitied shore
That gazed at the lost eyes of shame

A time which our youth was to be put aside
And guide us towards a better life
A life in which our choices would provide more gentle waves
Am I ready to enter that ocean, my ocean, once more?"

Ugh... this is gonna be fun...

La La La

I couldn't think of what to name this blog, so I decided to take lyrics from the song that I am listening to called "If It Means A Lot To You" by the band, A Day To Remember.

Anyway, here's my new video:

Let's see, what can I say? Umm... well, CSTs are official OVER for me! :D I'm still injured. :( Oh yah, and our guitarist was being a dumb ass today. Tomas confirmed to play a show without the consent of Christian nor I. Ugh... what are we gonna do with you Tomo...

I'm about to leave to watch some local bands play at a venue called 7th Period. We're thinking about renting the place ourselves to host a show there. That would be pretty cool.

Umm... yah. I really don't know what else to say (or type, if you want to get literal XD). So yah...

Having No Homework Is Fun!

This past week of school has been CST week. All of the students (except seniors) are forced to take the CSTs, which means NO HOMEWORK FOR ME! :D And since I'm a junior, this is the last year that I have to take the CSTs! :D Tomorrow is the last day of CST testing EVER for me and it's the US History portion of the test. It's not the best nor the worst subject for me, so hopefully I will do alright.

As you can probably tell already, if you look to the right side of your screen, I have added more "advertisements", such as the new Green Day CD that is coming out on the 20th, Power Morphicon 2, and Nightmare's Riot's new song that is now up on MySpace. I have also added a "WEBSITES I VISIT" portion on the side of this blog. It contains a list of websites that I visit often, some I visit more than others.

Anyway, I am in the process of making a video update about Tensou Sentai Goseiger. Well, it's more like a spoiler video, but whatever. I will have it up as soon as I am done with this blog. :D

And last, but not least, here is my updated VIDEOS IN THE WORKS list:

1. My Top 10 Power Rangers
2. Power Rangers/Super Sentai Video Quiz
3. Super Sentai Tribute 2
4. YouTube Icon #17
5. Power Rangers ANGRY PEACE OPV
6. My Power Rangers/Super Sentai Collection 22

If RPM Had A "Once A Ranger"

One day, I had an idea to make my own "Once A Ranger" team up. I was originally going to recreate "Once A Ranger" from Power Rangers Operation Overdrive with different Veteran Rangers, but since Power Rangers RPM was the last season of Power Rangers, it would make sense to make a special "episode" for it:

I also uploaded the debut of the Skick Brothers yesterday. I just forgot to mention it in my blog yesterday because I was too excited about our new song XD:

I will also have two video updates up - one on Goseiger and the other on my collection - hopefully sometime this week.

We're Not A Vice (Nor Is This A Virtue)

So on my band's blog on MySpace, I mentioned that Christian and I we're gonna write a song for our History class project. For the project, we have to make a CD about an activist group of our choosing. We chose SNCC (Student Non-Violent Cooperating Committee), which was an activist group made up of African-American university students who protested against segregation.

Now that the history lesson is over... (XD)

...the song is now online! It's called "We're Not A Vice (Nor Is This A Virtue)" with Christian on acoustic guitar and "throats" and yours truly as vocals. Lyrics are written by me and music is written by Christian.

So click HERE to check out the new song! Hopefully you'll like it.

NOTE: My voice is autotuned and Christain's guitar and "throats" are reverbed.

"Recovery" Band Practice

After almost two months, Nightmare's Riot (my band) finally had band practice today! I call it a "recovery" band practice because the band was recovering from a much unwanted hiatus, which was our guitarist's fault because he was grounded some a reason still unknown to me. It felt awesome to be playing music with the band again! I also borrowed another Nikon D-40 Camera from my photography class and brought it to band practice. Here are some of the photos we took...

Pizza Break (Yes, that's me XD):

Eat Mor Chiken:

Screamo Contest (Left: Christian - Drummer; Right: Tomas - Guitarist):

You can also view these photos on our MySpace.

And before I went to band practice, I uploaded a video of my new Tensou Sentai Goseiger Book on YouTube. Click HERE to check it out!

A $600 Bracelet That Looks Like Something From DOLLAR TREE

Today was the third day back to school, and it was AWESOME! We had another track meet and we totally PIZZOWNED! (Well, there were other reasons why today was awesome, but I won't get into detail...) I'm still injured, so I helped out with putting away hurdles and stuff.

And before the meet started, a girl told me to keep her bracelet safe. Why she trusted me is BEYOND me. I put it in my pocket and at the end of the meet when she asked for it, it wasn't there anymore. 0.0 I feel so bad! Then she said it was 600 F**KING DOLLARS! WTF?! It looked like something from freakin' Dollar Tree! And I'm serious! She said she's not mad at me, but she still wants me to pay her back! WTF!

I refuse to pay back.

But other than that, the meet was FUN-tastic! XD

Here's my current VIDEOS IN THE WORKS list:

1. My Top 10 Power Rangers
2. Power Rangers/Super Sentai Video Quiz
3. Super Sentai Tribute 2
4. Tensou Sentai Goseiger GoseiKnight
5. YouTube Icon #17
6. Power Rangers ANGRY PEACE OPV
7. Tensou Sentai Goseiger Skick Brothers
8. Power Rangers RPM "Once A Ranger"
9. My Power Rangers/Super Sentai Collection 22
10. Tensou Sentai Goseiger Exotic Brothers
11. New Goseiger Book

And on another note, listen to this song! It's a male version of Morning Musume's "Moonlight Night ~Tsukiyo no ban da yo~" from 10 MY ME. It's so awesome:

Oh yah, and I'M NOT STUBBY! (Inside joke.)

The Thing About Grasshoppers

So here's the thing about grasshoppers...

They hop. They chirp. Their blood has a greenish/yellowish color to them (I should know... don't ask...). Some people are scared of them. Others aren't. Others think they're cool. Grasshoppers are green/brown. They're bugs...

And they eat Pop-Tarts:

That is all. Please, no questions.

Easter Earthquake

Today at 3:40 PM, an earthquake struck Mexico and was able to be felt in California and Arizona.

I live in Chula Vista, a suburb of San Diego, CA, and I felt the earthquake. My family and I were at home. We came back from our Easter Lunch and the earthquake struck. It wasn't a big deal for the first five seconds, but it got a little bit stronger and it lasted long.

My dad and I were upstairs. I was fixing up my Power Rangers/Super Sentai Collection because I got a new Goseiger Book (which I will have a video of up soon). My dad and I ran downstairs and we hid under the desk in our living room. My brother and my mom hid under the kitchen table in the next room.

The earthquake eventually went away slowly and we came out from under the tables. Everyone is okay. The earthquake could have been much worse. Stuff fell from the shelfs and I went upstairs to check on my things. My collection was a total wreck...

I took this video at about 4 PM. It's about 6:40 PM now and I just finished fixing up my collection. Well actually, I still have a few more things to fix, but other than that, everything is okay. I had to rearrange everything on the desk, where I keep most of the action figures, and I will have another video of my rearranged collection soon.

I also put up a video yesterday, which you can check out HERE. It's an update on my collection (before the earthquake). I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their Easter. :)

April Fools!

Today is the day when all of the pranksters can show their skills. I'm glad nobody I know played a prank on me today. :D Today was a pretty good day.

The only joke that I fell for was a "SCANDAL" that was on Hello! Online. Supposedly, Takahashi Ai, the stunning leader of Morning Musume, and some Korean dude from a boy band were going out. I totally beleived it too! But good thing it was a joke, because people would be planning Takahashi's graduation. To see the fake scandal click HERE.

Then I went to track practice and did absolutely nothing because of my injuries. -_-

Eventually, I was able to upload this video of my new MMPR Black Ranger figure:

I also found out that Morning Musume's 43rd Single will be released on my 17th Birthday - June 9, 2010! I'm so excited! It's gonna be called "Seishun Collection" and "seishun" means "youth" in Japanese. It's an interesting title and I know I'm gonna like it. I always end up liking the song anyways, unless Tsunku epically fails, but I'm trusting him. XD And I hope the other members get a chance to have solo singing parts, and not just the usual four girls.
