Friend

Happy Memorial Day everybody!

Today, I finally got to listen to Morning Musume's newest B-Side called "Tomo", which translates to "Friend" in English. It's the B-Side to their 43rd single "Seishun Collection". Both songs are expected to release on June 9. Here is a radio rip of the B-Side:

I really like this song! It's a very nice and suttle song, just like its A-Side. The ending reminds me of Morning Musume's 31st single "Aruiteru" . I will definately buy this single when it comes out on my 17th Birthday!

Speaking of friends, one of mine is supposed to be picking me up right now and we are supposed to go study for our finals, which are this week. -_- He also said he wants me to try sushi (I've never tried sushi before). And like always, he's going to be late... damnit Alex...

And if you haven't noticed, Takahashi Ai's Photobook "Katachi" is now out! For pictures, check out my CRUNCHY ROLL ACCOUNT! To buy it, look to the right of your screen at my updated sidebar advertisements.

So I hope everyone enjoys Morning Musume's new A-Side and B-Side. And please support them buying the single! Whether you get the physical copy or through iTunes (which I always do), just enjoy it and support this awesome group!

Seishun Collection Promotional Video

Yay! Morning Musume's new PV has been released! Check out the PV for "Seishun Collection" here:

NOTE: The quality of this video is bad becuase it was ripped from a live stream. Deal with it. XD

I like this PV! There are more different shots in this PV, which is good. And the dance looks great! All of the girls look amazing, despite what other people say about the outfits they are wearing. I really like the outfit designs. The close up shots of them are very nice. To me, Kamei Eri really stands out and looks fantastic. So does Takahashi Ai.

"Seishun Collection" is set to be released on June 9. To find out more about its release, click HERE!

Sentai Collection

I have made another Super Sentai Tribute! Check it out:

Comparing this tribute to my first tribute, this one has much more pictures. I used different pictures rather than using the same ones from my first tribute. I also have some animation of Goranger, JAQK, and Battle Fever J in this tribute. My first one does not have animation, just pictures.

This tribute is about 4 minutes longer than my first tribute. I had to make this one longer becuase I had so many new pictures that I wanted to use! Unlike my first tribute, which only has one song, my second tribute has two songs. Both songs are the two recent singles that Morning Musume has released or will be released.

And unlike my first tribute, my second tribute has pictures of Sentai's current team, Tensou Sentai Goseiger.

Good Bye Seniors!

Today was the last day of high school for the seniors (Class of 2010). I've never been so sad to see the seniors go. :(

In my freshman and sophomore years of high school, I didn't really know any of the seniors. But I've been really good friends with some of them from the Class of 2010 and it's sad to say good bye. I wish all of them good luck in their futures and hope that they will all be successful! :D

As for the rest of us, we still have one more week to go, which is the week of Finals. This week was so chill becuase of the parting of ways of the seniors, but now I gotta study like crazy over this three day weekend.

My junior year is coming to a close and now you must all make room for the next generation of Otay Ranch High School’s seniors: Class of 2011!!! MUAHAHA!!!

Good luck Ronald, Taylor, and the rest of the Class of 2010:

P.S. RIP Gary Coleman

The Last Monday Of Junior Year

Yes it was ladies and gentlemen; today was the last Monday of my junior year of high school. There is no school next Monday because of Memorial Day, so our last week of school will be a four day week.

Today was kinda just another Monday for me. I went to school, came home, and I became bored. I then went on the computer and looked through my VIDEOS IN THE WORKS list on my YouTube Channel. I then just finally remembered that with Goseiger a few episodes in, I can finally start working on my second Super Sentai Tribute Video! So currently, I am doing so (other than typing up this blog). Here is one of the pictures that will most likely show up in my Tribute Video:

And I also found out more on GoseiKnight. I will be doing an update video on Goseiger's new warrior. I can't wait to see him in action! For more pictures about GoseiKnight and Goseiger's new villains, click HERE!

So yah, that's about it for today. My junior year of high school is wrapping up pretty quickly, so I'll do my best to savor every last bit of it. :D

The End Of Warstar?!

I uploaded another video on YouTube today! It features my new MMPR 2010 Green Dino Cycle! To watch it, just click HERE!!!

And I just happened to stumble across another video (which is not mine):

The end of the Warstar Regime already?! That was fast. And yes, I am fascinated by this. I haven't watched Goseiger in a while, so that's why it's suprising for me. I am waiting until summer break starts, so I can have all the time I want and need to catch up on watching Goseiger. I forget what the last episode I watched was. I think I was on four. I forget, but I'll find out in two weeks, when summer break starts.

In other news, the Kamen Rider Double/Tensou Sentai Goseiger movie trailer has been released on the internet. I don't even watch Kamen Rider, and I thought it's trailer was MUCH better than Goseiger's. Goseiger's trailer is just shots from episode 1. I'm curious to what Goseiger's movie will be about. To watch the trailer, click HERE!!!

Power Rangers Of 2011

Wow, I'm almost done with my junior year of high school. I have next week and the week after that is finals and then we're done. Crazy...

Anyway, a preview of Morning Musume's upcoming new PV (Promotional Video) of their upcoming new single, Seishun Collection, has been released. Check it out:

The PV looks great so far! I'm glad the dance shots are outside. The PV looks very cute and hopefully this single will be more successful than their two recent singles.

Recently, a casting website called "Actors Access" has posted a casting sheet under the heading of "Power Rangers". It also says it will be filmed in 2011 in New Zealand (most likely due to the economic state we are currently in). The casting sheet includes brief descriptions of the characters and their names. The descriptions for the characters are similar to that of Shinkenger.

The names of the Power Ranger Roles are: Reese (Red Ranger), Parry (Green Ranger), Baron (Blue Ranger), Sadie (Pink Ranger), Ava (Yellow Ranger), and Wesley (Gold Ranger). There is also a Princess named Megan. It is unknown if she is supposed to be the female Red Ranger or a normal ally to the Rangers.

There is a possibilty that this is all fake, but we'll have to wait a while to find that out. To check out the full casting sheet, click HERE!!!

Super Sentai VS Series Theater

I am currently listening to the band "Artist vs. Poet". They recently released a new album and my friend let me borrow the CD. It's not really my style of music, but it's a pretty good album so far. I'm like over halfway through it. My favorite song so far is "Adorable":

So anyway, it has been announced that every Super Sentai team-up special that has ever been produced will now be airing as television episodes. It is unknown if these movies will be split into 30 minute intervals and aired seperately. But this is pretty interesting news. (The news with Power Rangers and Super Sentai recently has been overwhelming!) The magazine I got yesterday (refer to the previous post) also has promos of "Super Sentai VS Series Theater". I will be doing a video on my magazine and you will all be able to see the promos and much more. :D

Power Rangers Make The News

The exposure of Saban and "Power Rangers" within these few days is amazing! After it was announced that Haim Saban (original founder of "Power Rangers") bought back the show from Disney, the news has been in newspapers, websites, and even on news stations. It's quite suprising.

Earlier today, I bought the new Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Green Dino Cycle. I will be doing a video on this awesome toy, but I still have to do a video on my newest MMPR Stylized Figures that I got WEEKS ago. Because I haven't been on top of my video-making recently, here are a few photos of the recent MMPR toys I have gotten:

New Stylized Figures:

Green Dino Cycle:

And on May 12, I got a chance to check out another Nikon D-40 Camera from my Photography class. Here's a picture I took that day:

Here's a new and quick video I made about this AMAZING news:

Shine Your Light

Yeah! Coach didn't get mad at me! (Refer to the previous blog if you have no idea what I'm talking about.) But I have to help out at both final meets tomorrow and Friday! :( NO!!!

Anyway, a few months ago, a band called "My American Heart" broke up. Why? Idk. It is said that their record label screwed them over, but it isn't for sure if that's the real reason why they broke up. But I do know that they did release four new demos that they recorded before they broke (yes, they were writing a new album before they broke up -_-). Those songs are called: Pain, Lost Inside of You, Unravel, and Circa. These were released for free download on Jesse Barrera's (ex-guitarist for MAH) official website.

Recently, Barrera found two more B-Sides that MAH recorded before they broke up. The first one is called "Shine Your Light". I really like this song. It's a shame that they had to break up while they were writing a record. It would have been nice to hear this song, along with other new songs, it one complete CD.

The other one is called "Heart Attack". I also like this song, but it's not as good as "Shine Your Light". But it would have still made a great addition to their new album that will never be.

You can check these songs at Jesse Barrera's Official Website. (And just to let you know, I don't listen to Jesse Barrera's solo stuff. :P)

But Coach, I'm Tired

FML

The track and field season is coming to a close and the preliminary rounds for Junior Varsity were yesterday. I didn't run this whole damn season because of my damn injury. :( So for one last time this season, I had to help out (at least I thought it was for a last time). I had to manage the big clock, which is a very simple, yet very IMPORTANT task, for the team. Luckily, I didn't screw up.

Now today, as I type this, the Varsity preliminary rounds are going on. There was much confusion across the campus among the track and field athletes if everyone had to go to the track meet or if only varsity goes. Well, one thing's for sure, I didn't go. I'm here typing, now aren't I?

Since my brother is versity, he had to go to the meet today. He called me said that our coach asked if I was coming. Of course, my brother said, "No."

FML -_-

Tomorrow, there's a meeting for us "Trackies" after school, and I'm afraid of what coach MIGHT say to me...

Cuz here's the thing: our coach forgets about things A LOT. Then there's times when he remembers about something, but usually it has something to do with a Varsity person. Clearly, I am NOT varsity. I'm just a JV "Cripple". So I'm hoping that he doesn't say anything to me tomorrow.

Mother's Day Icon

To all the moms who might happen to stumble across this blog, Happy Mother's Day! :D

Today, my family and I went out to eat at Seaport Village in San Diego, California. We ate at some fancy restaurant called Edgewater Grill. I had fetachini alfredo with shredded carrots, brocoli, and bell peppers. Sounds pretty tasty, huh? Unfortunately, it was kinda nasty-tasting. I shoulda got the cheeseburger...

Afterwards, we walked around Seaport Village and my uncle gave us a tour in some of the fancy hotels in that area. I would love to stay at one of those hotels! They're so big and nice-looking. One of the hotels was the Marriot, and that one was really awesome! I have to stay there at least once in my lifetime.

When we got home, I uploaded a video of my new YouTube Icon:

Very nice, even if I do say so myself. :P

Oh yah! And I also uploaded a video yesterday after I had band practice with the band (which our guitarist never showed up to >:I). Here it is:

Shinkenger VS Go-Onger VS Goseiger?!

I just watched Samurai Sentai Shinkenger VS Go-Onger The Movie. And I gotta say that this is MUCH better than Samurai Sentai Shinkenger The Movie. I really enjoy this movie!

To sum up the movie, the Go-Onger are on another world, where they fight an evil Gairack named Bacchido. Bachiddo sends the Go-Onger to different dimensions and Sousuke (Go-On Red) is sent to Earth, where he meets the Shinkenger. Both Red Rangers argue over their seperate ways of fighting. After Takeru's (ShinkenRed) team is sent to different dimensions, the two Red Rangers get along and fake an EPIC battle to free Jii and Bomper (two of the Sentais' allies). Sousuke's and Takeru's teams meet each other in the different dimensions they were sent to and are able to return to "Human World" to help the Red Rangers destroy Bacchido and a Gedoushuu monster (whose name I forget).

First off, the battle between the two Red Rangers was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I loved it so freakin' much! Using the foot soldiers as shields and faking their deaths was outstanding. And then wathcing Shishi Origami freeing Jii and Bomper was priceless. The entering of the other Rangers was very well done.

And during the battle between the two Sentai and the evil guys, three of the main Gedoushuu of the Shinkenger season meet TENSOU SENTAI GOSEIGER! WTF?! The Goseiger appears in Shinkenger VS Go-Onger?! I'm not 100% sure about this, but I don't think Sentai has done something like this before. It was great to see the Goseiger in action, but WTF... the Shinkenger nor the Go-Onger saw them! Only ShinkenGold's talking latern DaiGouyo saw the Goseiger fight off the Gedou. But it was interesting to see the Goseiger in this movie.

Overall, this is a great Sentai cross-over movie. It's WAY better than the very short Shinkenger Movie.

Happy Birthday Mom!

Today's my mom's birthday! And I'm gonna make this blog short, because in a few minutes, my dad, my brother, and I are going to take her out to dinner somewhere. I don't know exactly where yet because she hasn't decided...

And in two days, it's gonna be Mother's Day... wow...

Oh yah, and today is also my Algebra 2 teacher's - Mr. Ivary - birthday. He's actually one of the few cool teachers that I know, so that's why I had to mention it was his birthday.

I hope they both have a spectular birthday today!

If Everyone In The World Was Famous

Morning Musume's newest single - Onna ga Medatte Naze Ikenai - was released just a few months ago. I have read in numerous blogs and threads that fans of Morning Musume do not like this song. Well, if they were fans of MM, they would LOVE this song. And I LOVE this song!

I finally read the translated lyrics for this song, and I gotta say that I was very impressed with these lyrics:

"After showering, I gaze at the mirror, make-up is so much fun
Even if it's a bit flashy it's okay, it makes my spine grow

What's wrong with women standing out?

The center of my heart is an electronic jolt throbbing
It seems as if a romance will start, it's a woman's intuition, we're always prepared

If the world would be nothing but beautiful women
Everyone would just be ordinary
That girl, this girl and the girl next to her
Let's do things differently
It's finally our turn
MY FACE
Will shine directly

Even if a strong wind would come and flutter my skirt, I don't care
If you want motivation, the stronger the better, that way things will get fired up

What's wrong with women standing out?

The weather today is so good that I don't have any complaints
Everyone's looking at my transparent shirt and how I sway

If the world would only have celebrities
The news would be boring to hear about
Where, here and over there
Finally the curtain rises at those stages
MY SMILE
Will prosper directly"

Well done, Tsunku. Well done.

This song has inspired me to write a song. :D Click HERE to watch a video in which 3 members of MM talk about the single.

AND DON'T FORGET: Morning Musume's 43rd Single "Seishun Collection" will be released on June 9!

Rising Tensions

Our band, Nightmare's Riot, is having some complications and tensions are rising between band members...

Our guitarist, Tomas, has been grounded numerous times over the course of the times we have been together as a band (which has been almost four years). And it's getting REALLY old. So old to the point where our drummer, Christian, wants to either A) leave the band OR B) fire Tomas. And because I'm still in the band, that eliminates Option A, which only leaves Option B.

This is a crucial breaking point for our band. We haven't fired anyone from the band in two years. Honestly, firing our only guitarist from the band is gonna be a difficult thing to do. Christian is totally up to do so, but I don't know how we can handle without a guitar player.

So I told Christian that we should wait until we find a replacement guitarist who will be dedicated to the band and can learn all of our songs. The problem is, we don't know anybody like that...

And it's gonna be a wierd and difficult adjustment for the band. I have been playing with these same guys since the band's beginning and I can't imagine playing and making music with someone else. I just can't...

And here's a better look at Morning Musume's leader Takahashi Ai's upcoming new Photobook: Katachi which means "Figure" in Japanese:

I don't know about you, but I think the photobook looks great so far... :P The photobook is set to be released on May 27.
